Scouting Report

2026

The state of Ohio's top prospect in the 2025 Draft, Vidourek hit 14 homers and stole 39 bases (in 40 tries) as a Cincinnati junior before putting on a show in batting practice at the Draft Combine. The Dodgers targeted him with their third-round choice and signed him for a below-slot $552,750. He has some of the best all-around tools in the system and played well in a 16-game pro debut in Single-A.

There's nothing subtle about Vidourek at the plate. He combines strength and bat speed to generate well above-average raw power, and his left-handed stroke is designed to launch balls great distances to right field. He will take pitches and draw walks, but his aggressive mentality leads to too many swings and misses against all types of pitches, even when they're in the zone.

Vidourek's plus speed and basestealing aptitude give him 30-30 upside. His quickness doesn't translate as well to his defense, as he played mostly right field in his last two college seasons and in his first taste of pro ball. He's an average corner outfielder with tremendous arm strength.
